Fields marked as required must be completed for us to record your pre-registration. Optional information helps us understand local demand and plan the proposed venue.

• Assess local demand and help plan membership numbers, opening hours and capacity

Pre-registration communications relating directly to your enquiry are separate from general marketing. You do not need to agree to marketing to pre-register.

3. Marketing communications
We will only send you newsletters, promotional offers and event invitations by email where you have actively chosen to receive them.
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of pre-registration.

We may keep a minimal suppression record after you unsubscribe so that we can ensure you do not receive further marketing communications.

Any information shared with potential investors, landlords, property partners or other commercial stakeholders will normally be anonymised and presented as aggregated demand statistics. We will not provide them with an identifiable pre-registration list unless we have a lawful reason and have informed you appropriately.
We do not sell your personal information.

Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate protections are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
6. How long we keep your information
We normally retain pre-registration information for up to 24 months from the date it is submitted.
If you become a member or enter into further discussions with us, relevant information may be retained for longer under a separate customer or membership record.
Marketing information will be retained until you withdraw your consent or until it is no longer required. We will periodically review inactive marketing records and normally remove or anonymise them after 24 months without meaningful engagement.
If the proposed venue does not proceed, pre-registration information will normally be deleted or anonymised within 90 days of that decision, except where limited information must be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based service is completely secure, but we limit access to personal information to those who need it for legitimate business purposes.
